So often I find myself coaching classes and seeing people give in to the workout. They let the workout take over and defeat them. This is probably the hardest thing for me to witness as a coach because I know how amazing you all are and how badly you all want to take your fitness to the next level. Remember, we come here purposely. We come here to improve ourselves every day. Don’t give into the workout. Take each workout and understand the intent behind it and stay focused. Commit to the workout, perform each rep one rep at a time, and stay MOTIVATED!!!! Focus on each and every minute of YOUR workout and forget everyone around you and JUST… DO… YOU!!!
