Here I am on week 2 of the WLC. Is it easy? No…am I doing well? Meh…Do I need it? YES!! The past 4-5 months I have not been on the clean eating train or have been consistent in my training. “Life” came at me hard, not life changing challenges or emotional disasters…just life in general. Kid, work, and small things kept me from being consistent. The WLC helps me focus on a goal and gives me a purpose to change things. Being accountable with points and my team motivates me to put down that burger and pick up the one without a bun. It’s not about depriving yourself but making the right choices and finding balance. If you missed out this time on the WLC I suggest trying it at least once. It’s nice to have a group of athletes with the same goal pushing you toward your own goals.
