I recently bought a daily planner. I did this so I can plan the next day and stick to it. So far so good! I have never done anything like this but I have been finding myself just writing my thoughts and how I feel throughout the day. I am trying to keep myself accountable by writing down these plans. Not only do I have that, but writing a lot more in my notebook, which has my weightlifting programming in it too. I encourage you guys to use a daily planner to keep yourself accountable for what you plan to do! I made sure to add in my workout in my daily planner so I stick to it! It is only day 3 but I am liking it so far! I’ll let you know how well I do in 20 days 🙂 Have an amazing fourth!
