I saw this scenario on IG the other day for @1scottmcgee: Imagine you can’t move, can’t feel your body, can’t walk quickly across the street, can’t put on your own pants on or tie your shoes, can’t hold this phone in your hand, can’t pick up your kids or groceries. IT’S GONE…Then you get it back. What are you going to do with it?
Moving is a gift, it truly is. If you have ever been injured you know what I mean (I know a few CFOX’ers currently are). Sometimes injuries happen by accident and other times they are a result of not warming up properly or even doing a cool down. We can always move better. Taking the time to cool down or work on your mobility daily will only improve your quality of life. So next time your sore from a workout (cough..Murph..cough) and don’t want to come in. Think about a scenario that didn’t even give you an option to come in at all. We all have an opportunity to “move” to become a healthier version of ourselves #blessed 🙂
