As you can see from the above photo, there were NINE bands left out after the 6:30pm last night….and the WoD was all barbell work. Although we LOVE the ability to use these bands for mobility, cool downs, and scaling options for might heroic workouts, we also LOVE our members and community that you have all created amongst yourselves. We LOVE that we can sweat with each other, bleed with each other, and trust each other to bring each other up when the WoD seems to beat us down. The respect we feel for each other is amazing, and as I like to say, I personally get better when I surround myself by the best, and the simple fact that you have a barbell in your hands tells me you are the best around. I LOVE you. I know that when I am about to start my WoD, I can reach for a piece of equipment that is clean, serviceable, and right where it should be. We would never want to hinder each other’s progress, this stuff is hard enough as it is. We respect each other, and the facility that brings us together. We all know that in CrossFit, relationships, and life, it’s the little victories that mean the world to us, and it’s the little things that make us happy and come together.
I was going to post the WoD for tomorrow, but damn, I already posted this blog before I had a chance to type it out….
