CrossFit Oxnard Grand Opening PARTNER WoD:
2 Rounds for Reps:
2 min Wall Walks/Plank (One person wall walks, the other rests in the plank position)
2 min Row for calories (One at a time, must switch every 5 calories)
2 min Med Ball (20/14) Sit up (Partners are 3 feet away w/ abmats, touch med ball to the floor behind head, sit up and toss the ball to partner)
2 min burpee/100m run (One person runs 100m while other does burpees, score is total burpees)
2 Min Back to Back Squat (Partners interlock arms back to back, air squat)
Rest 1 minute in between rounds.
