Frequency (or for many, consistency), is more important than intensity. You can come in, warm up, and KILL Fran in under 5:00 minutes, but if you just go home and sit on the couch after or sitting at your desk for the rest of the day, you are limiting your valuable gainz!
Two moderate workouts a day, or even just getting up and walking around the block a few times, will get you farther along in the long run. Yes, we want to vary our WoDs, and there is such a thing as overtraining, but trust me….you’re not there.
If you come to the gym twice a week, you’re going to look like you come to the gym twice a week. Remember why you’re here. Learn to get into the mindset of frequency/consistency first, and then you can unleash the beast!
