Another WLC post….The WLC asked us to meditate for our “lifestyle” and I was reluctant to do it. In the past I would just stay in one spot for 10 minutes and had no idea what I was doing. I stumble on an app called “headspace” for meditation and decided to give it a try. It has a great voice over instruction to help you focus on you. It is actually more difficult when you do have to focus on clearing your mind. 4 days into it and I feel great. I do it when I come home from the box in the morning and it really has made a difference in my day. Try it out! First part is a 10 day challenge!
