1 Power Clean (use 80% of today’s 2RM weight)
*Each round, add one rep to the power cleans and 3 reps to the situps. Round 1 will be 1 PC+3 Situps, round 2 is 2PCs+6 Situps, round 3 is 3PCs+9 Situps and so on.
