Having coach at CFOx for 5 years I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that. The answer is… YES. I hate you when you aren’t there, when you get hurt, when you don’t tell me you got hurt, when you lift something incorrectly when i just explained, demoed how to do it. It’s love hate kinda thing. Every one of you I meet is amazing in my eyes and I and the other coaches only ever want to see you succeed and become a better version of you. Push pass limits. Physical and mental. Our job is to teach you, lead, and push you to do your best at the box or out. We also see the sandbagging, the defeated eyes, the crocodile tears and we don’t give in to you. We know you can do the task we set before you. You have to believe it and you need to do better than you thought you could. We love you and only want the best you got. So… we yell, lecture, and prod you to go harder. Do it!
