I do not remember the last time I took four days off from the gym. I am always at the gym even when I am not working out. This week I only made it to the gym four times and only worked out three days this week. I planned Thursday & Friday to be days off from the gym and then Saturday & Sunday came around and I was not at the gym. Turns out my body really needed the rest & I needed to catch up on my sleep. Normally I would be pretty mad at myself but I feel amazing. This last week’s workouts really kicked my butt. IT IS OKAY TO REST 🙂 I will go back to my normal schedule & just keep working hard to reach my goals and create new ones! Life happens so enjoy it!
