20% isn’t always bad
I once heard a story about how a teacher praised a troubled student for getting 4/20 on a test….a drastic ‘F’ at 20%. Instead of getting down about 16 missed, she praised the 4 that were correct!
Think about the improvement you can get from there. We all started somewhere, and most of us went through the same initial failures. My fourth CrossFit WoD ever was Murph, and I had to use TWO green bands for the pull ups, and I still couldn’t finish.
Don’t worry if you can’t get an ‘Rx’ today. Simply get one more than yesterday. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Little victories will add up into HUGE successes.
