Win or learn. Never lose.
Every competition, workout, rep and skill has something to teach you – whether you win or lose, succeed or fail.
DFL has something to teach you, as does failed rep after rep of attempted muscle ups.
Maybe it teaches you that you went too heavy, or that you need to find a better progression.
Maybe it teaches you how to pace better, or what your weaknesses are.
Maybe you find out that today is the day the hard work pays off, maybe today is the day you win.
If not though, find something to learn from the experience, from the hard work and frustration, from the effort and failure.
Choose to grow instead of sulk in the defeat.
If you choose to win or learn you will never lose – you may get last place, you may not even finish, but you will not lose.
