Have you ever woken up early in the morning, the box being the first thing on your mind, you take a look at the workout and want to go back to bed saying ‘oh HELLLLLL NO’?
Or even worse yet, fear and dread your evening workout every hour of your day, constantly trying to trick yourself into not going?
The problem here is mindset, not physical ability. The coaches can hook you up with a mod or scale to your ability level, you know that. We want you to approach EVERY workout not as something that is going to kick your butt, but a PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY. You don’t have to work out, you GET to.
Every day, I am stoked as hell to see YOU. Why? Because YOU decided that you have accepted the notion that ‘easy’ will no longer suffice, and you now relish the challenge of waking up every day and becoming better. Remember, you are not competing against anyone except your best self. Every single person there in the building; coaches, athletes, spectators; are all there purely to support you.
