I did not come into CrossFit with pull-ups. I worked my butt off. I worked on skills and progressions everyday after class. That was one of my goals. When I got my pull ups, I wanted more. I then learn butterfly, then C2B, from there I went to Bar Muscle ups and I am still working on these. I am ALWAYS working on those & now focusing on the Ring Muscle- Up. I want to make sure I am consistent with these, improve my technique, string some together. That means I have to do the not so fun things. ACCESSORY WORK, INTERVAL WORK. Yes, I sometimes am in the corner doing some curls, DB rows, eccentric work, etc. but it is to improve my weaknesses. I can help you with 30-45 minute one on one focus work just let me know and lets see what we can work out to improve your weaknesses! REMEMBER, ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY.
