We’ve already taken the first step to bettering our lives by being a part of this community. And in tandem with that, a majority of us are- to some degree- conscious of what we put into our bodies. We try to make healthy food choices, drink plenty of water, and get enough sleep.
Ultimately, we are responsible for everything that goes into our bodies. Everything that we ingest matters. Our food choices are one small slice of this pie (ha ha, right)- but further than that, consider what you feed your ears,and your eyeballs..
When you wake up in the morning, perhaps the first thing you do is scroll through Instagram?
While this can be fine, and even a nice way to slowly wake up, consider what you are seeing when you look through your feed. Are you following accounts that motivate you? Inspire you? Encourage you? Promote positivity in your life?
Consider the music that you listen to, maybe the shows you watch, or even the podcasts that you listen to. Are you putting things into your body that make you better?
At the end of the day, we are the sum of ALL of the things that we choose to ingest. My friends, the best advice that I can give you is to choose wisely 🙂
