January is over already and we are almost in the middle of February?!! How did that happen?? With that being said, how’s everyone doing in their New Year’s resolutions? Forgotten about them? Still working on them? Or flat out crushing them??? If you’ve lost focus on your goals it’s never too late to get back on track. The open is right around the corner
and that makes it a great time to use the workouts as
benchmarks of your fitness. No matter if you’re a brand new athlete or a seasoned vet, these workouts are a great way to track your progress. The open does a great job at showing athletes what they need to work on. It doesn’t have to be a start of the new year to set goals for yourself. Set some new goals and let’s get after 2019!
