DELETE YOUR SUGARWOD! JK…maybe for like a week. I know a lot of folks like to know what the WoD is for the next day. Everyone wants to know how bad it’s gonna be or start to strategize on how they are going to tackle it once that 3,2,1 countdown hits. Other’s start to think of how bad they are gonna lose to their thunder buddy or how good it’s gonna feel to smoke the competition
With all that being said, some use it to sandbag workouts and may decide not to show up. Whether it’s running, pull ups, or burpees…everyone has a weakness that triggers that little voice in their head to skip the WoD and head to happy hour.
Try this…delete your app and just show up. Yeah you might have a few spoilers from friends on movements and rounds but who cares. Crossfit is about being prepared for the unknown. See how it works for a week, just know you can handle whatever we throw at you. Who knows, maybe we’ll have through in a Murph, just because it’s Wednesday.
