The Whole Life Challenge is in full swing and hopefully for most of you, you are starting to lay the foundation of a solid nutritional base. Not only will this challenge test your will and discipline to eat Whole Foods, but it will also give you a sense of accomplishment as you stay in the nutritional straight and narrow. Eating healthy is stuff but it shouldn’t be a burden. Find fun recipes to liven up your meal prep! Remember indulgence is ok in moderation and especially after working hard for a long period time. Don’t beat yourselves up for having that beer or donut occasionally, just remember to get back into the right mindset afterward and work toward that goal.
