Right now we are engage in the The Whole Life Challenge. Day two to be exact and it should last another 7 weeks 5 days 15 hours and 23…22…21 seconds. I’ve started and stopped with this particular challenge a few times. Not because it was challenging to eat better, start a new habit or feel drained. Nope, I was just lazy. Too lazy to log in points. The one thing that is difficult for me to do is stay on assignment. I think i might have ADHD, squirrel! All kidding aside i get bored with the interactive program that is so easy to just put down your score and forget it until the next day. I’m like that with medications, appointments and depositing my paychecks. Ask Joe. I love that we put on these challenges and encourage everyone to participate. I have mentally committed to this one and plan on being first on all accounts. Getting a mindset right and putting in the work is paramount to something like this. I haven’t been right for a while and so, my challenge to myself is to lead by example and hope to inspire, motivate and encourage each of you to better yourself. Be better in whatever way you can. Do this with me because I need you as much as you need me.
