Be kind to yourself
Don’t look at the athlete next to you. Don’t let frustration consume you.
If what you are doing isn’t working then change it. Change your programming, change your attendance or change your diet. Complaining won’t do anything.
If your goals are always out of grasp then find new ways to scale. Find new modifications or progressions. Your coaches are there for you, use them.
If you are always injured learn how to stop. Learn how to roll out, how to stretch and, most importantly, how to listen to your body.
Take a breath. Stop deriding yourself for not being there yet. There is no “there” anyhow. Be kind to yourself and enjoy the ride. Fix the things you can, work on the things you need to and just let the rest be.SKILL
