I work out on my own most of the time. I, recently, have been trying to make time to go to group classes so I can be coached but also have fun with you guys! You always need to stay motivated. Whether you are working out by yourself or with a group! We motivate each other but I want you guys to be able to motivate yourself. Why are we doing this? Will this make me better? How do i feel when I am doing this? Will I feel accomplished after? My motivation is to be a better athlete than I was yesterday. How do I metcon alone? I have no idea now that I think of it but I fu*king do it and I surprise myself each time because I let myself get to that dark place alone and if you come to 4:30 class early enough then you see me suffer alone through those workouts. IT’S TERRIFYING, but I like it. Be your own motivation and love yourself, you will be a lot happier.
