I was all proud of myself for meal prepping 8 meals, and having plenty of paleo snacks handy. However, I neglected to bring the meals with me to the box, and ended up being there all damn day, not eating. I eventually left simply because I realized I couldnt even think. I went home, ate, but then got very little sleep (-5 WLC points =\).
During the burpee and thruster WoD, about 14 reps in I got full on dizzy. I’m talking had to stop moving for 30 seconds so I didnt fall over. I grabbed a Fuel For Fire, downed it, and very slowly made it thought the rest of the WoD. Yeah, my score was junk, but I kept moving, albeit slowly.
The best habits in the world are useless if you dont apply them. Fuel your body with good food, and get your rest. It only took a few hours into the next day for my body to punish me for poor choices.
