Often I find my days, weeks, and even months redundant being stuck in such a routine and schedule. My plate has 1 full time job on it, a part time job, a little family, and very little “me” time. My “me” time is giving myself 1 hour in the gym during the week, but everyday it’s a constant battle with lacking motivation. Sitting on the couch and watching TV sometimes just sounds so much better than lacing up my shoes and sweating after I just worked for 8 plus hours. The hardest part of it all is just getting through that gym door.
I find most of my motivation in my fellow CFOX family. Watching my peers grow into better versions of themselves pushes me mentally and physically. Who doesn’t love watching a PR or sharing the love hate feels of burpees together. Plus who doesn’t want to see their friends all the time! Thank you all for the motivation you probably don’t even know you give me!
