Scratch that. What does someone with a twenty minute 5K, a double double weight back squat, and a freestanding handstand look like?
It’s almost impossible to visit a gym where people are free of aesthetic goals. However, it’s our view, as a performance oriented gym, that we can kill two birds with one stone. In fact, by tackling definable, measurable performance one can reap the benefits of being a more capable human being, while covering nearly any and all aesthetic hopes and dreams.
