Many have noticed our Coaches doing one on one training with new people. I can’t say how beneficial it’s been. Imagine being new person in class and the coach is talking about the WOD and you’re like, “…WHat?” Now imagine you’re a newby and you finished 3-7 one-on-one private sessions with a coach. Looking at your strengths, weaknesses and giving you personalized ways to improve. Metcon, nutrition, gymnastics, Weightlifting, mobility, or all of the above. You come to class prepared for challenges set before you with confidence, that you can accomplish the wod to the best of your abilities. These sessions aren’t just for the newby. You! Our athletes, whether you’ve been with us for a week or a few years can benefit from some personal attention from a coach. We want all our athletes to be a better version of themselves and that comes with knowledge and progressive skills and strengths. Many times in our classes we move through high skilled elements too fast that there’s just not enough absorption time. Our coaches do their best to give every ounce of knowledge they can during class but for some it’s not enough. So if you’ve been stuck or “plateaued” your fitness hasn’t stalled it’s just needs a boost. Additionally, we offer a half-hour sessions where you and a coach sit down to outline tools and techniques to map the best course for your progress. It will be a great primer for increasing your knowledge base. Ask our coaches if you’d like more info. We like to say that we measure our progress in years not months but we offer an oppurtunity to get ahead of the curve. Keep pushing you badass people!
