Pushing your limits and testing your fitness. That’s what we do. Some of you won’t compete and have no desire to and that’s okay. We test you anyways. Named WODs like Karen, Murph, Annie, 31 Heroes to name a few are test or rather Benchmarks. We do these periodically and often. Our goal is to make you a better you. So even if you’re not interested in competition we will still test your limits. On the other hand, some of love competition and do them regularly. Why? Well simply to test the unknown. You can never tell what you will do in all situations and being fit, strong and conditioned to handle any obstacle that comes your way is a way of life. Competition pushes you to the farthest limits of your being. You have to reach down and go one more step, one more rep, a little faster a little more efficient. I love the Crossfit Competition mentality and community aspect it brings. Witnessing athletes hit new milestones in their life and fitness is amazing. We come together and celebrate what it means to be alive each time we step onto the floor. My preference is partner or team comp.
