People get hurt. It happens and all we can do is prepare the best we can. Get strong, get fit and get conditioned. Recovery can and will be quicker and fuller. I know a lot about injury. I’ve basically been hurt every year of my life. Is this acceptable? I don’t know, it’s my norm. What i’ve come to learn during my times of injury is this. Go ahead and rest and then get off your ass and move. Move the best you can and then move some more. Your bodies are sensitive and want to be pushed. Your injuries are not supposed to dictate how you live you life. There are many people out there that many other challenges you can’t even conceive of that winning medals at the olympics. Come to the box and we can figure out a way to get you to move that will not aggravate your injuries and also ways to rehab what ails you.
