I am so proud of everyone whether you are doing the CrossFit Open or not. I see a lot of people PRing, a lot of people losing the weight they’ve been wanting to lose, some people signing up for Oxnard Barbell, going on hikes, etc. The list goes on and on! Keep going outside and exploring your fitness. I know Coach Shawn is exploring his fitness at Kimball Pool every Tuesday and Thursday! I just had my VERY first yoga class and it was challenging but I LOVED IT. Push yourself beyond that comfort zone. I know a lot of you have come up to be saying that you are SO glad you signed up for the Open because it is making you try out something you normally wouldn’t. Keep signing up for competitions, keep learning new sports, or just new hobbies like reading more books, or writing in a journal. You guys inspire me everyday and you guys are what keep me going! Keep it up!
