I remember my first time doing FGB. It was when I graduated from my On-Ramp class 4 years ago. Made me question why I wanted to start this in the first place. It is a painful/gritty/rewarding workout! Only 15 minutes of work with 2 minutes of rest. You can do this. Get outside of your comfort zone and go to that dark place as much as it sucks! Get there and stay there. Do not forget, later on tonight The Vent is hosting Friday Night Lights. I urge all of you guys to participate in this friendly community competition. It will help get you exposed to other athletes in the community.
