What does progress look like? For everyone it can be different or the same. Some small change that only you or someone close to you notices. Maybe your favorite pants fit differently or you have muscle definition on your shoulder you didn’t have before. These are small victories that prove what you do is working. Progress can also be measured. Right now some of you are participating in the Whole Life Challenge. Good on you! You’ve done the WOD and got measured. In 8 weeks we will test again to see how you’ve done. Were you 100 percent or more like 80? Doesn’t matter. What matter is that you are taking the steps. Two forward and 1 back. Progress is progress, if there is a small measureable amount then ta da!! Progress! Keep up the good work!
