Buy a little journal, write down what you are grateful for, write down what your goals are for that day. GIVE YOURSELF a daily affirmation every morning! Coach Joe gave us coaches The Five Minute Journal and i LOVE it. I write in it every morning and every evening and has left me positive and happy to the start of my day and the end of my day. Start the daily affirmation with “ I am…” and fill in the blanks! You are strong, smart, cool as hell and you can do anything you set your mind to 🙂 GET AFTER IT GUYS.
