How You Found CrossFit and/or Why You CrossFit:
My friend Juan had been talking about CrossFit and he seemed to really like it. Also, I was looking for a new gym after a two year absence of working out because of several injuries & health issues.
Favorite Workout(s) and Why:
I don’t have a favorite workout, yet! I just enjoy moving and being there.
Favorite Movement(s) and Why:
Deadlift because I just moved up in weight and very excited about it.
Least Favorite Workout(s) and Why:
Anything that involves burpees!
Least Favorite Movement(s) and Why:
Burpees!!! I dislike them very much but I can do more than I used to. Improving every week

Just do it! You would be surprised what you can accomplish.
